First all-grain next week!

So I have decided to go all-grain!  Next week we will do our first all-grain with an American Wheat  Beer we are calling 'Sweet Summer Wheat'.  I have a new brew kettle on order, some little extra brew gadgets and the ingredients for the new brew.  Last night my friend Tim and I brewed an Amber extract kit which is currently fermenting.  It was more I will try my best to keep you posted on the progress.
